Hi! I’m Lizzie Swartz, licensed acupuncturist and herbalist.

I offer holistic healthcare services to guide you towards your health goals. My style is intuitive, gentle, and honors your body’s deep wisdom.

Acupuncture + Holistic Health sessions support people with a wide variety of conditions, from women’s health and hormonal health to stress and autoimmunity.

Facial Acupuncture

Facial acupuncture is provides targeted support for acne, rosacea, facial pain, and healthy aging.

It is also wonderful for facial tension, TMJ, bruxism, jaw pain, and Bell’s Palsy.

TCM Dermatology

TCM Dermatology supports people experiencing skin conditions like acne, eczema, rosacea, psoriasis, and perioral dermatitis. Treatments are primarily through herbal medicine, though sometimes acupuncture is included.

  • No. I’m considered an out-of-network provider for all insurance companies.

    That said, I’m happy to provide a super bill (an itemized receipt with diagnosis codes) that you can submit to your insurance company. Please note, most insurance companies will only cover certain pain conditions (like neck pain or back pain), and insurance reimbursement rates vary widely based on your plan and your condition. I can't guarantee any reimbursement for services.
