The session unfolds with a thorough hands-on approach:
Back, Neck, and Shoulders: We start by addressing tension in these key areas using acupuncture, cupping, or gua sha. This initial phase helps to release muscular tension and improve circulation, setting the stage for enhanced facial treatment.
Constitutional Acupuncture: You’ll turn over on the table, and lie face-up underneath cozy linen or organic flannel sheets. Needles are gently placed on your hands, feet, arms, and legs to support your body’s energy.
Facial Acupuncture: After cleansing your face, we apply needles to the face, neck, and scalp. This step revitalizes your skin, increases circulation to the face, and promotes collagen production.
Manual Support: Following the removal of facial needles, you’ll enjoy a soothing massage, gua sha, cupping, or reiki to further enhance relaxation and skin glow. The session concludes with the removal of body acupuncture needles.
